This is a highly impactful individual contributor role where you will own campaign execution, performance tracking, and channel strategy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.In this role, you will build and run paid digital campaigns, lead targeted outreach to high-value accounts, and create clear reporting to measure performance and drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with Business Development, Partner Success, and Clinical Operations to turn marketing efforts into measurable business impact.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOwn paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn, programmatic channels, and industry publicationsBuild and run targeted campaigns focused on high-value accounts (ABM)Set up and manage systems to track and report on paid marketing performanceManage relationships with marketing and advertising partners to ensure campaigns run effectivelyBuild and grow a social influencer program, including healthcare providers and caregiver content creatorsTrack and report on key demand generation metrics (leads, engagement, pipeline impact) on a regular basisCoordinate speaker submissions and participation for industry conferencesPartner with Business Development to ensure leads are routed, scored, and followed up effectivelyCreate clear monthly and quarterly reports for marketing and executive leadershipQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5–8 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B marketing within healthcare or another relevant regulated industry is requiredHands-on experience running paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, programmatic, paid search)Experience executing targeted marketing campaigns for specific accounts or customer segmentsExperience building or scaling content programs, including SEO (bonus if familiar with AI-driven or evolving search strategies)Comfortable using AI tools for content, research, and insights, while knowing when human judgment is neededExperience managing marketing or media partnerships with a focus on measurable resultsHighly organized and able to manage multiple projects at onceSelf-starter who thrives in an autonomous environmentAbility to travel occasionally (up to 15%) for partnership activations and team meetings
