We're looking for someone who writes the playbook – then executes it, measures it, tears it up, and writes a better one. You'll work directly with the CEO to build & scale Third Space's growth engine – spanning both sales and marketing, inbound and outbound, digital campaigns and on-the-ground relationship building. You'll be the first dedicated growth hire, which means doing things that don't scale yet – cold outreach, community relationship building, showing up, following up – while simultaneously building the systems and campaigns that eventually will. You'll be equally at home analyzing campaign performance, pitching a prospective partner, and designing a creative asset. You’ll be working alongside a team of humans and AI agents – moving faster, building smarter, and doing more with less than any traditional growth team could. This role requires range, and it rewards people who have it.This role reports directly to the CEO. Travel will be required. What You’ll Work OnReferral Partnership Development (Community Building/Sales)Identify, reach out to, and build lasting relationships with community organizations and institutional partners whose clients could benefit from Third Space's servicesOwn the full partnership lifecycle: from prospecting and first contact through to signed agreement, activation, and ongoing relationship managementBuild and maintain a structured referral pipeline, tracking conversion and referral volume so we always know what’s workingGrowth Engine & Campaigns (Marketing)Work closely with the CEO to design and execute Third Space's inbound and outbound growth strategy across patient acquisition and partner developmentBuild, launch, and iterate on campaigns across email, SMS, and digital channelsOwn campaign analytics end-to-end: set up tracking, monitor performance, cut what isn't working, and double down on what isSocial Media & ContentManage Third Space's social presence across relevant platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others)Create content using tools like Figma and other AI-assisted design software — you don't need to be a designer, but you need to be able to produce compelling, on-brand creatives independentlyRun creative tests, analyze performance, and continuously optimizeExperimentation & AI ToolingActively use AI tools as a core part of how you work — not occasionally, but daily — to write outreach sequences, generate creative variants, summarize data, and move faster than a team of one should be able toPropose and run growth experiments across channels; ship fast, learn fasterOver time, help build and mentor a small growth team as the company scalesWhat We’re Looking For2–6 years of experience spanning sales, growth, marketing, partnerships, community, or a related function – we care far more about what you've built and how you think than where you've workedDemonstrated interest in health, mental health, community health, or mission-driven work is a strong plusProficiency in social media management, basic analytics, and digital marketing fundamentalsYou are a genuine AI tools enthusiast – not someone who dabbles, but someone actively using tools like Claude, Manus, Perplexity, Paper, or others to build, create, and solve real problems. In your application, tell us what you’ve been experimenting with outside your day job or studies: side projects, tools you've built, communities you've contributed to, or problems you've tried to solve. You need to be someone who will figure it out, own it, make it better every week, and actively seek feedback along the way.Who You AreWe have six values at Third Space. They're not aspirational; they're how we expect everyone here to operate every day.Integrity. The work you do at 4pm on a Friday is the same quality as the work you do Tuesday morning. You tell the truth in a difficult meeting. You don't optimize for how things look; you optimize for what's real. In a company serving vulnerable people, this is the floor, not the ceiling.Ownership. You own outcomes, not tasks. When something goes wrong, you raise your hand first. When something goes well, you document what worked so the team can repeat it. This is a small company doing serious work — there are no gaps someone else will fill.Agency. You don't wait for a brief. You work out what's next, roll up your sleeves, and start building. You bring a proposed solution when you raise an issue. We hire people who make the surface area of this company larger, not smaller.Compassion. The patients we serve are navigating some of the hardest moments of their lives. That context doesn't disappear when you're writing a cold email or building a dashboard. Every decision this company makes touches a human being – act accordingly.Craft. The quality of your work is not determined by who's watching or how visible the task is. A well-written cold email matters. A clean handoff matters. How you do anything is how you do everything.0–0. The score is always nil-nil. No one is winning; no one is losing. Not coasting after a good run, not spiraling after a bad one. We bring the same present-focus to everything: a strong quarter doesn’t mean we ease up, and a hard week doesn’t mean the mission is broken.Compensation & BenefitsCompensationBase Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually based on experiencePerformance Incentives: Additional compensation every month based on partnerships secured & activated (uncapped)Equity: Meaningful equity in addition to the base salary, with standard vestingBenefits PackageComprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceUnlimited PTO + paid public holidays401(k) with employer match
