Requirements and responsibilities

• Own and manage the recruiting process through the entire candidate lifecycle for entry to management-level positions across both technical and non-technical teams. • You will own both tech and business recruiting, build a pipeline of exceptionally talented individuals and generate a consistent flow of candidates by creatively using social media, stories, videos, online events, etc. • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches • Develop job postings, conduct interviews, present and negotiate employment offers, all while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience • Partner with HR for successful onboarding, communicating status to all stakeholders along the way • Build and maintain external networks by proactively searching for active and passive candidates and managing on-going relationships • Stay well-informed of the competitive landscape, including compensation and employment trends
