About the Role
Agents Only Technologies is seeking detail-oriented Thai Data Annotators (Tier 2) to support language, content evaluation, and data operations projects. This role is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating Thai and English content while maintaining quality, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
You will work with detailed guidelines, perform content assessments, and support project workflows that require strong analytical skills, accuracy, and sound judgment. Projects may involve specialized content across domains such as Legal, Finance, Healthcare, and other professional subject areas.

Responsibilities
Content Evaluation and Annotation
• Review, analyze, and evaluate Thai and English content according to project guidelines.
• Identify, classify, and categorize information based on established criteria.
• Apply annotation standards consistently across assigned tasks.
• Document findings and provide supporting rationale when required.
• Identify supporting evidence within content and record findings appropriately.
• Escalate unclear, ambiguous, or complex cases when appropriate.
• Handle project-related information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Quality and Process Compliance
• Follow detailed instructions and established workflows.
• Perform quality checks and validation prior to task submission.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project standards.
• Meet established productivity and quality expectations.
• Identify recurring issues and flag them appropriately.
• Contribute to maintaining reliable and high-quality project outputs.
Qualifications
Required
• Native or professional-level proficiency in Thai.
• Strong English reading comprehension and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
