Founding Product Designer About this role This is a founding design hire, not a slot on an existing team. You will partner directly with the founders to define product vision, design real experiences across our dashboard and agents, and build our design foundations from scratch. We are especially interested in designers who have embraced AI-powered design workflows and are comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. What you will do Own end-to-end user experience across the CMO Owls dashboard, from strategy through shipped design Make strategic design decisions grounded in real product and business goals, not just aesthetics Collaborate closely with engineering, shipping at a real, weekly cadence Turn complex, agent-driven workflows into interfaces a busy marketer understands in seconds Build the design system and component library the rest of the product will scale on What we are looking for Designed and shipped at least one live software product end to end, not just concepts Strong craft across both interaction and visual design Strong judgment navigating ambiguity with minimal direction Comfort using AI tools (Figma AI, Claude, Midjourney, or similar) to prototype and iterate fast Nice to have Experience designing for a technical, data-dense, or B2B SaaS product No formal design degree required — a strong portfolio of shipped work matters more
