Responsibilities

RingSteady helps small US trade businesses (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and similar) get customers through targeted Facebook & Instagram ads. No long-term contracts, no recurring ad subscriptions — just real, exclusive leads sent straight to the business owner's phone. We're expanding our remote sales team and looking for more reps who can do this role well. Important — this is NOT a manual cold-calling grind. Our platform runs its own AI voice/text assistant ("Rachel") that does the actual dialing and texting for you. For each lead in your queue, you click a button — the AI places the call or sends the text (whichever the law allows for that number), and you can queue up several in parallel instead of working one at a time. You're not expected to personally dial through a cold list all day. Your actual day-to-day: - Click through leads in the platform's queue — one tap has the AI agent call or text each one. - The moment a lead replies or the AI books an appointment, that's your cue to step in — the real conversation, the call, the close is your job, not the AI's. - Go on live calls with prospects who are ready to talk — pitch, handle objections, close the deal. - Log every action (texts, replies, calls, bookings, closes) in the platform as you go — it's built for this, not an afterthought. - On close, hand the account off cleanly to our media team for fulfillment, with enough notes that nothing gets dropped. - Collaborate directly with the founder to test and improve the outbound, call-opener, and closing scripts — since you're the one actually talking to prospects, your feedback is what keeps the AI's scripts sharp. Schedule: 25 hours/week, Monday-Friday, within your own availability — most reps split it into two shorter blocks (roughly 7-9am and 3-6pm US Central/Eastern-aligned hours) since that's when US trade contractors are actually reachable by phone, before they head to a job site and after they wrap up. You pick your exact hours; hours are tracked automatically by the platform's online/offline clock, and that's the basis for pay. Compensation: $7.00 USD/hour of clocked-in ("online") time, plus $45.00 USD for every confirmed closed sale — uncapped, on top of your hourly pay. This is a real, proven rate. Start as a 30-day paid trial. Either side can propose to continue on the same or renegotiated terms after that. We'd love to hear from you if you're a driven, self-directed closer who wants real earning upside without the burnout of an all-day dial grind.
