For a consumer health and longevity testing company, we are hiring a bilingual Sales Representative to answer inbound chat and phone enquiries and run outbound follow-up in Spanish and English. What you will do: - Be the main contact for prospective and existing members with general questions. - Answer inbound live chat and phone enquiries, and follow up with prospects. - Explain test panels, add-ons, membership tiers and market-specific logistics using approved guidelines. - Qualify prospects, recommend the right options and close sales, with a smooth handover to the customer experience and lab teams. - Recognise requests outside the approved scope, such as medical interpretation, and escalate them. - Keep contacts, stages and follow-ups accurately documented in the CRM; handle requests from email, WhatsApp and social DMs. What you bring: - 1 to 3 years in sales, ideally in diagnostics, health testing or consumer health. - Customer support experience and familiarity with biomarkers, blood draws and test panels. - Fully bilingual Spanish and English, written and spoken. - Experience with a CRM (Attio, Pipedrive, Close or similar) and a live chat tool such as Intercom. - Fast, accurate typing and excellent written communication. - Comfort working toward sales quality and response time KPIs.
