In this role you will apply your emergency department expertise to review, annotate, and evaluate clinical documentation, directly shaping the accuracy, safety, and clinical usefulness of medical AI systems.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Documentation ReviewReview ED clinical documentation and patient charts for accuracy, completeness, and clinical soundnessAnnotation & Structured FeedbackAnnotate clinical encounter data against detailed guidelinesFlag omissions, hallucinations, clinical inaccuracies, and documentation gaps in AI-generated outputProvide structured, written feedback that engineering and product teams can act onKnowledge ContributionContribute expert input on annotation guidelines and edge-case definitionsRaise clarifying questions where guidance is ambiguous and help refine the guidelinesRequired QualificationsMD with a completed Emergency Medicine residencyBoard-certified in Emergency Medicine, with 2–3+ years of practice as a board-certified ED physicianUS-basedPreferred QualificationsPrior AI/ML annotation or model evaluation experienceExperience synthesizing patient charts into ED arrival summariesWork ArrangementRemote, part-timeFlexible scheduling, designed around an active clinical practice
