We are seeking a highly capable and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support a business owner managing both a construction firm and a growing furniture retail store. This role requires someone who can take ownership across operations, systems, and visual/design-related tasks, with a strong focus on Shopify and product visualization.Key Responsibilities Email & Admin ManagementManage and organize multiple inboxes (3+)Set up email rules, filters and automationsRespond to emails on behalf of the client (suppliers, internal communication)Summarize key updates and flag important itemsShopify & Systems Support (CORE)Work within Shopify to manage and support product-related tasksResearch and implement Shopify apps and integrationsPull product items from Shopify into tools or workflowsAssist in improving systems and operational workflowsMarketing & Content SupportAssist with email marketing campaignsCreate and edit visual content using CanvaSupport social media and content initiativesData & ReportingAssist with data tracking and KPI reportingWork with Excel (Power BI is a bonus)Upload and organize data for reporting toolsDesign & Visual Support (ESSENTIAL)Create furniture layouts, mood boards, and visual conceptsUse Shopify + connected apps to pull products into visual designsHelp create visual representations for customers (e.g. room concepts)Learn and use design/visualization toolsSupport visual content creation for marketing campaignsRequirements (MUST-HAVE)3+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar roleStrong technical and systems mindsetProven experience with:Shopify (ESSENTIAL)Canva or similar design toolsCreating visual content or layoutsAbility to work with Shopify integrations and appsComfortable creating visual product layouts (especially furniture or similar)Strong email management and organizational skillsFluent English (written and verbal)Non-Negotiables Candidates must:Have hands-on Shopify experienceBe able to work with Shopify apps and integrationsBe comfortable with design tools and creating visual layoutsNice to HavePower BI experienceEmail marketing experienceAutomation / AI tools experienceWorking StyleComfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured environmentProactive and takes initiativeAble to manage varied, non-routine tasks dailyWhy Join Assist World?100% REMOTE$50 birthday bonus$200 testimonial bonus$500 entry monthly raffleNO TRACKER.
