Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Guidewire configuration, Gosu programming, integrations, and the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with business stakeholders is essential. Required Skills: 6+ years of software development experience. 4+ years of hands-on Guidewire development experience. Strong experience with one or more: *Guidewire PolicyCenter *Guidewire ClaimCenter *Guidewire BillingCenter Preferred Skills: Guidewire Cloud Platform experience. Guidewire InsuranceSuite 10.x or Cloud. Integration using Guidewire Integration Gateway. Kafka or messaging technologies. Microservices architecture. AWS or Azure cloud experience. CI/CD implementation. Performance tuning experience. Guidewire Certification (Associate or Specialist). P&C Insurance domain knowledge. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications. Configure PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter modules. Develop Guidewire business rules and workflows. Build integrations with internal and third-party systems. Develop REST/SOAP APIs. Customize Guidewire screens using PCF. Develop Gosu classes and enhancements. Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT. Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes. Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards. Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and architects. Prepare technical documentation. Suitable Candidate Profile A strong fit would have: 6–8 years of overall software development experience. 4–6 years of Guidewire InsuranceSuite development. Hands-on experience with PolicyCenter (preferred for policy administration), ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter. Solid Gosu, PCF, Rules, Data Model, and Integration expertise. Experience with Java, REST APIs, SQL, Git, and Jenkins. Working knowledge of the Property & Casualty insurance domain, especially personal auto or homeowners insurance.
