We are actively looking for a Test Lead / Project Manager to drive QA practices, manual testing, and test strategies for Life & Annuity Policy Administration Systems.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Design comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and execution strategies for functional, regression, UAT, and production testingPartner with product leaders and stakeholders to define modern QA strategies incorporating AI-powered and automation solutionsAnalyze test results, write SQL queries for data extraction, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standardsLead QA teams, mentor members, and drive delivery excellence across multiple Insurance domain projectsKEY REQUIREMENTS:15+ years of extensive experience in the Insurance industry with deep expertise in Life & Annuity Policy Administration Systems (LifePRO preferred)Strong background in manual quality assurance, writing test cases, STLC, and Insurance Third-Party Administrator (TPA) environmentsFamiliarity with automated testing tools like TestComplete, UFT, Selenium, and ReadyAPI/SoapUIBachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science with relevant LOMA or quality certifications
