Accountant / Controller — Ionic Order Ionic Order is seeking a hands-on Accountant / Controller for approximately 10–15 hours per week, with some availability overlapping U.S. business hours. We’re looking for someone who can both manage the books and improve how our accounting function operates—developing processes, cleaning up and strengthening our books, and creating reliable financial reporting as the company grows. Responsibilities & Qualifications Own bookkeeping, reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end close Maintain accurate books using accrual accounting Develop and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting Assist with cash-flow management, budgeting, and forecasting Coordinate with external tax/accounting providers Strong experience with accrual accounting Ideally, experience with manufacturing, inventory, COGS, and/or product-based businesses Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently Approximately 10–15 hours/week, with some overlap with U.S. hours We’re looking for someone who can go beyond basic bookkeeping and help us build a clean, accurate, scalable accounting function.
