Job Title: Remote Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Specialist (English/Spanish)
Location: 100% Remote (Must be based in Latin America)
Schedule: Full-time, U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours
Compensation: $8.00 – $10.00 USD/hour (based on experience)

The Role
In this role, you will be the front-line voice and brand ambassador for our business. You will guide prospective clients from inquiry to booking, support active recurring clients, and coordinate with our field teams to resolve any day-to-day service issues promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities
Omnichannel Communication: Manage inbound and outbound calls, SMS text messages, live website chats, and emails with promptness and warmth.
Lead Conversion & Quotes: Calculate accurate estimates, prepare customized cleaning quotes, and actively follow up to close bookings.
Booking & Scheduling: Schedule initial and recurring appointments using our dispatch and CRM software.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Handle client feedback, booking modifications, and service concerns diplomatically to maintain high customer retention and satisfaction.
Team Coordination: Liaise between clients and cleaning field teams to ensure special instructions, access notes, and schedule adjustments are communicated clearly.
What We Are Looking For
True Bilingual Fluency: Flawless verbal and written communication skills in both English (C1/C2) and Spanish. Your English must be clear, natural, and confident on the phone.
Relevant Experience: Background in customer support, inside sales, or virtual assistance within cleaning businesses, Airbnb/short-term rentals, hotels, or property management is strongly preferred.
Sales-Oriented Mindset: Comfortable discussing pricing, explaining service value, and asking for the booking.
Tech-Savvy: Fast learner with CRM tools, VoIP systems, Google Workspace, and scheduling software.
Reliable Home Office Setup: A quiet, dedicated workspace, a modern computer/laptop, a noise-canceling headset, and high-speed internet (with a backup power/internet plan).
