Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Spanish Homecare Team Lead/Manager to oversee and lead a team within a US-based homecare agency.
- The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in the homecare industry, with the ability to provide team leadership, coordinate daily activities, and support smooth operational workflows.
- The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, as the team they will be managing is bilingual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and provide day-to-day support to the homecare team.
- Coordinate team activities and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members to ensure effective performance.
- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across the bilingual team.
- Serve as a point of contact for team-related matters and operational concerns.
- Monitor team activities, identify operational challenges, and support timely resolution.
- Promote accountability, teamwork, and effective communication within the team.
- Support management with team coordination and other operational responsibilities as required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in the US homecare industry.
- Previous experience in a team lead, supervisory, or management capacity within a homecare agency.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and handle operational challenges effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a bilingual team.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
