This is a 100% remote, full-time position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and can independently manage administrative and operational tasks across departments, including Operations, Billing, and Customer Communication, with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST.Key Responsibilities Execute and monitor administrative tasks across departments, ensuring all requests are handled within established timelinesMaintain accurate data entry and update records in CRM and internal systemsRespond to customer and internal inquiries via email and chat in a professional and timely mannerCoordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation to keep operations running smoothlyEnsure customer files, notes, and records remain organized and accessible at all timesPrepare clear, error-free customer-facing documentation and reportsIdentify potential issues or delays and escalate them to the appropriate coordinatorOther related tasks as neededRequirementsFluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish2–5 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or customer-facing rolesComfortable working independently and managing multiple prioritiesAbility to make sound decisions and adapt to evolving or partially documented workflowsExperience with Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar project management tools is a plusFamiliarity with CRM, ERP, or order management systems is a plusProficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication and problem-solving skillsQuiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload) and backup connectionBachelor's or Associate's degree preferredBenefitsOur Core Values at WorkWe live by ACTION (get things done), CARE (help others and do things right), OUTSTANDING (operate at the highest standards), DEPENDABLE (own every commitment), and ENERGY (bring positivity every day).
