I've seen ABA and behavioral health teams spend far too much time trying to answer questions that should be simple.Where is a family in the intake process? Did eligibility come back? Is a prior authorization still pending? Does the schedule reflect the clinical capacity the team has?Sometimes the answer is in the system. Sometimes it's in a spreadsheet that one person has been maintaining for months.We're hiring an Analytics Engineer at Hipp Health to help make operational data more usable for behavioral health teams.You would build data models, production pipelines, dashboards, and reporting, while partnering with Product Managers and Data Scientists on the warehouse and the ML and AI work that sits on top of it.If you have strong SQL skills and experience building reliable data infrastructure, and you want work that stays close to the day-to-day of provider operations, this may be a fit.The role is remote in the U.S.
