KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead multiphase flow measurement engineering, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Supervise and mentor field engineers and technicians during field operations.Diagnose complex instrumentation, electrical, communication, and software faults.Conduct equipment testing, calibration, configuration, inspection, and performance verification.Coordinate with clients, OEMs, and project teams to resolve technical issues.Prepare technical, service, commissioning, and troubleshooting reports.Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, client, and oil & gas standards.Support project planning, risk assessments, technical documentation, and continuous improvement.Maintain OEM certifications, equipment records, and technicalWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORBachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in Oil & Gas, instrumentation, flow measurement, or field service engineering.Proven experience in multiphase flow measurement, instrumentation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Strong knowledge of petroleum engineering, well testing applications, and petroleum measurement standards.Practical experience and application knowledge of Roxar products, including MPFM, WCM, and/or SWGM systems.Demonstrated ability to lead field teams, supervise technical activities, and mentor junior engineers and technicians.Strong computer skills, including MS Office and relevant engineering/service software.Excellent technical reporting, problem-solving, communication, and customer-management skills.Ability and willingness to work in field/remote oil & gas environments and travel as required.Instrumentation & Control Engineering certification.Oil & Gas technical certifications.OEM product training and certification, particularly Roxar/Emerson technologies.HSE certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH.Relevant certifications in flow measurement, metering, or process instrumentation.The Senior Service Engineer will be responsible for delivering complex engineering, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities for multiphase flow measurement systems. The role will provide technical leadership to field teams, oversee job execution, support customer requirements, and prepare accurate technical reports while ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
