Requirements and responsibilities

• Develop core Industrial Engineering (IE) programs and refine our AC launch strategy, planning and execution. • Build upon core IE engineered labor standards and improve foundational processes for labor management. • Work with operations leaders to ensure that work instructions, standard work and training material are updated as processes are improved. • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external vendors to design and implement new AC operations. • Plan and execute IE projects on time and within budget • Partner with finance and operations to document savings related to process improvement activity, including follow-up to ensure post-improvement sustainability • Interact with various senior leaders while providing updates on IE programs and activities. • Work closely with site leaders, maintain an active role as a change agent on internal Industrial Engineering initiatives within the organization. • Collaborate with the learning team to jointly develop training materials for IE projects. • Partner with operations and continuous improvement leaders (CI) to enable CI projects.
