🚀 Security Analyst Contractor (Remote – Colombia or Mexico) We’re growing fast and need sharp minds to keep our environment secure. As a Security Analyst Contractor, you’ll be on the frontlines of our security operations—helping us manage thousands of devices, reduce alert noise, and protect our people and data. 📅 Contract: 6–12 months 🌍 Location: Remote – Colombia or Mexico What You’ll Do - Keep watch over email security gateways and respond to alerts - Triage and investigate CrowdStrike and SOC alerts - Escalate incidents when needed and document everything clearly - Support ThreatLocker requests and software installations - Help streamline processes as local admin access is removed from ~7,000 devices - Collaborate with IT & security teams to cut down noise and boost efficiency What We’re Looking For - Hands-on experience in security operations or SOC environments - Familiarity with endpoint protection tools (CrowdStrike preferred) - Strong troubleshooting and incident-handling skills - Ability to thrive in high-alert environments and prioritize effectively - Clear communicator with solid documentation habits Apply Now!
