Role Overview We are seeking a Contract IT Technical Recruiter for a hands-on role focused on IT and cybersecurity talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong closing expertise, and the ability to maintain a robust candidate pipeline. You will ensure a seamless hiring experience for candidates and clients alike while directly contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Key Responsibilities * Full lifecycle recruitment for IT and cybersecurity roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement. * Demonstrated success in placing candidates in technical roles, with verifiable results. * Build strong pipelines of active and passive candidates for specialized IT and cybersecurity positions. * Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. * Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS and provide timely updates on candidate pipelines. * Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support hiring goals. Qualifications * Proven experience in hands-on technical recruiting, especially in cybersecurity and IT security roles. * Strong track record of successful placements in IT/technical positions. * Expertise in full-life cycle recruitment and best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. * Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies. * Experience working with private or public sector clients is a plus. * Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
