CENTRL is led by a highly experienced management team with a proven track record and is backed by some of the leading investors such as Providence Strategy Growth and Susquehanna Growth.Role OverviewAs a member of the CENTRL Client Relations team, you will play an impactful role in advocating for and growing our customer-base and representing our brand. You will be tasked with leading and growing the relationships with our investment clients. You'll work closely with the CENTRL sales, operations, and marketing teams to execute your account strategies across our solutions platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-energy, motivated, and organized candidate to contribute as a key team member in a fast growing and well positioned organization. This opportunity will offer exposure to all aspects of the company and offer the ability to participate in some of the hottest opportunities we work on across our various service offerings.The Role is remote, but East Coast Location PreferredResponsibilitiesMaintain and grow a portfolio of investment market clients, while working with existing teams to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of the CENTRL product suite across the organization.Work with clients to understand their challenges, business drivers, strategic goals, and desired business outcomes.Create and manage account plans that include success metrics, engagement models, communication plans, and expansion strategies.Partner closely with sales to pursue expansion opportunities, nurture executive relationships, and facilitate Executive Business ReviewsWork collaboratively with the Marketing team to build customer references, craft case studies, and co-develop resources to support our strategic customers.Identifying opportunities for new products and modules with existing customers based on their business challenges, needs and goals.Oversight of portfolio contract renewals, negotiations and new deal terms through executionMaintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer trust and loyaltyAct as the senior client advocate to help resolve critical client issues by engaging and leveraging the appropriate resources as needed.Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.Facilitate QBR’s, recurring meetings and offsite meeting cadence based on client needsWhat We're Looking For7+ years of client relationship management with deep investment industry experiencePrior experience managing a book of high-value client relationships, focused on driving customer success and alignment with complex customer environments at executive and department levels.Make decisions and solve problems with little guidance, that balance the needs of the customer and CENTRL resulting in positive outcomes.The ability to develop new relationships with internal business units, drive progress on strategic goals, and uncover new opportunities across large organizationsExperienced in developing customer trust, driving customer allegiance and growing customer footprint.Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks with different priorities.Excellent interpersonal, self-motivational and negotiating skills.Experience in risk management, bank network management and investment operational due diligence is a plusOtherA home office and available to work remotelyJob Type: Full-timeBased in US- East Coast basedCompetitive base compensation package, with performance-based bonuses
