In-Office Only. Languages: Fluent English & Spanish (required). Compensation: Competitive base salary + high-performance commission. Spend Managed: High six to seven figures monthly. Role Summary SmarterHome is seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to manage, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). The role focuses on increasing high-quality lead volume, protecting and scaling substantial ad spend, auditing agency performance, and serving as the internal authority on paid media strategies. Primary Mandate * Own paid media lead quality and volume outcomes. * Ensure ad spend drives sales-ready leads. * Audit and manage agency accounts with zero tolerance for waste. * Make informed budget and performance decisions at scale. Key Responsibilities Paid Media Oversight (Google & Meta) * Oversee and audit agency-managed Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts. * Validate campaign structure, keyword intent and match types, audience targeting, geo, demographic, device, and schedule targeting. * Eliminate waste, junk traffic, and low-intent volume. * Ensure campaigns are optimized for revenue impact. Lead Quality & Revenue Impact * Drive consistent growth in qualified lead volume. * Collaborate with sales and call center teams. * Track downstream metrics including qualification rate, close rate, and chargebacks. * Diagnose lead quality issues and implement corrective actions. Large-Scale Budget Ownership * Oversee six–seven-figure monthly ad spend. * Manage budget pacing and allocation across channels. * Identify saturation, diminishing returns, and inefficiencies. * Recommend reallocations based on data analysis. * Protect capital effectively. Agency Accountability & Performance Control * Hold agencies accountable to KPIs. * Audit reports against raw platform data. * Challenge assumptions and address underperformance. * Enforce testing discipline and timelines. * Escalate issues proactively. Bilingual Oversight (English & Spanish) * Audit campaigns in both English and Spanish for intent and accuracy. * Review Spanish keyword strategies and ad copy. * Identify cost-per-lead vs. close-rate discrepancies by language. * Ensure alignment with Spanish-speaking sales flows. Must-Have Requirements * 5–8+ years of senior-level paid media experience. * Direct ownership or oversight of six–seven-figure ad spend. * Proven success scaling volume without compromising lead quality. * Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making. * Experience auditing or leading agency-managed accounts. * Fluency in English and Spanish. * Based in Bogotá, Colombia — in-office required. * Willing to provide references and documented performance results.
