Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce NPSP and Service Cloud, capable of owning end-to-end business analysis for complex Salesforce implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce data models, stakeholder collaboration, healthcare or nonprofit domain exposure, and hands-on experience with requirement gathering, data migration, reporting, and solution demos. Client interaction is not optional; it is a core part of the role. Key Responsibilities Salesforce & Functional Expertise * Act as SME for Salesforce NPSP and Service Cloud, ensuring best-practice usage and configuration alignment. * Demonstrate a strong understanding of Salesforce data models, objects, relationships, and large-volume data handling. Data & Reporting * Support data migration, data cleansing, de-duplication, and bulk updates. * Build and validate reports and dashboards on high-volume datasets. Business Analysis * Analyze and document complex business processes, identify gaps, and recommend optimized Salesforce solutions. * Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. Stakeholder & Client Engagement * Lead workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs with business and technical stakeholders. * Ensure alignment across teams throughout the project lifecycle. Documentation & Enablement * Create process documentation, user guides, and training materials. * Support UAT and user onboarding activities.
