If you feel these values match your needs, we want you to join the Bone Dry Family!Daily ResponsibilitiesPick up materials with job folder in the morning and send address to roofing crewContact homeowner with ETAArrive at site and set up property protectionMeet with homeowner to discuss specifics of job/verify materialsEnsure crew safety equipment in placeSupervise tear-off and clean upPick up any extra materials the crew requiresVerify all work is performed to Bone Dry StandardInstall Counter flashing (We will train those with no experience)Help crew with final clean upComplete walk through with homeownerCollect payment or schedule future payment collectionOther DutiesManage open items and issue resolutionsAdjust invoice and charge for additional materials on jobMaintain truck, trailer, and toolsFollow up with customers for final walk throughs and collectionsCommunicate any issues with Production ManagerCommunicate with salesperson to assure customer gets the Bone Dry ExperienceQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentValid drivers licensePass a background checkMust be able to lift and carry 50lbsRoofing or building experience not required but a plusHighly motivatedOn time and ready to work every dayGood Communication SkillsComfortable working at heightsSafety OrientedWilling to work long hours for great payMilitary service is a plusCompensation and BenefitsCompensation base equivalent of $36k for first 2-4 weeks, upon training 100% commission with annual earnings potential range of $60k to over $100kMedical, vision, and dental insuranceCompany paid life insuranceCompany paid short-term disability401(k) plan PTO, Vacation & HolidaysCompany truck, fuel, and cell phone provided (this is not a take home vehicle)Free access to on-site gym and showers
