They oversee and coordinate all associates and tasks, ensuring both the systemic and physical aspects of our merchandise are prepared and processed smoothly, following Hanna procedures. This includes meeting important standards for production, accuracy, and safety.The DC Supervisor manages our Hannas on the floor, ensuring a steady workflow, and takes care of staffing, scheduling, timekeeping, safety, engagement, coaching, and training. Their goal is to meet departmental service targets while creating a friendly and supportive environment. They also rotate Hannas through different warehouse functions to adapt to changing volumes and business needs.This full-time supervisor position is for the 2nd shift, shifts are Sun-Thur, 4:30 PM - 12:30 AM. During the busy peak season the hours may extend to 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM with overtime on Fridays if needed.El supervisor del centro de distribución (DC) juega un papel vital para garantizar que nuestros clientes reciban sus pedidos con precisión y a tiempo. Esto incluye cumplir con estándares importantes de producción, precisión, y seguridad.El supervisor de DC administra nuestras Hannas en el piso, garantizando un flujo de trabajo constante y se encarga de la dotación de personal, la programación, el cronometraje, la seguridad, el compromiso, el entrenamiento, y la capacitación. Su objetivo es cumplir con los objetivos de servicio departamentales mientras crean un ambiente amigable y de apoyo. También rotan a Hannas a través de diferentes funciones de almacén para adaptarse a los volúmenes cambiantes y las necesidades comerciales.Este puesto de supervisor de tiempo completo es para el 2do turno, los turnos son de domingo a jueves, de 4:30 p. m. a 12:30 a. m. Durante la temporada alta, el horario es de 4:30 p. m. a 2:30 a. m. con sobretiempo los viernes cuando es necesario.
