Head of Stand OpeningsJob DescriptionPrior to Stand OpeningsEnsure opening checklist is completed prior to openingWork with head of hiring/training to staff 55-65 people per locationEnsure meeting space is reserved for team meeting the Monday prior to openingEnsure opening inventory order is completeEnsure stand is organized and clean prior to openingComplete onboarding into Touchpoint and TeamworxEnsuring all availability is current for all employeesOpening week schedule is completeWorking with hiring/training team to ensure 7 ballers are at each opening.Lead charge on organizing outreach to pass out 10,000 beverages throughout the community.Work with head baller/head of training to ensure each brewistas is scheduled for 2 training shifts during the pre-opening weekEnsure marketing material is printed and distributed throughout the communityStand OpeningEnsure stand is staffed during friends and family and opening weekLead the organization of all promotional hoursEnsure all manager tasks are being completedSchedule is out 2 weeks in advancedOrdering and managing inventoryManaging HR of locationEnsure the stand is properly set up for success with leadershipWork with the regional manager to train a managerFocus on building up leadership with management training and shift lead trainingStabilize 7-10 shift leads per location3-4 trainers trained per locationEnsure stand is self sufficient within 8 weeks prior to moving to next locationWork with Regional in each market to ensure a smooth hand off to operations
