This role is responsible for renewals, expansions, and long-term account health, serving as a trusted commercial partner to agencies using DroneSense by Versaterm.You will work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure customers realize ongoing value from the platform while identifying opportunities to expand usage in alignment with agency needs and budgets.What You DoOwn renewals, expansions, and net revenue retention metrics for assigned accountsDevelop and execute account plans focused on long-term adoption and growthIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to agency mission needsServe as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned customersPartner with Customer Success to ensure successful deployments and outcomesMaintain accurate renewal and expansion forecasting in CRM toolsWhat You Bring3+ years of account management or customer-facing experienceProven success managing renewals and expansion revenueStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsCustomer-first mindset with strong organizational disciplineExperience in SaaS, GovTech, or public safety environments preferredNoteDroneSense employs full time US citizens or naturalized citizens from a NATO country, who are current residents in one of the 50 contiguous United States.
