Responsibilities

Responsibilities: - Cold calling small business owners (contractors, salons, clinics, etc.). - Qualifying leads and booking them onto our calendar. You're a fit if you: -Are comfortable on the phone and don't take no personally -Are self-motivated and want income tied to your output -Have experience in cold calling, SDR work, or appointment setting (big plus) Bonus points for: -B2B phone sales background -Experience selling SaaS or service-based products -History of hitting call volume targets Commission Based Pay: - 50% of the client's first month payment per signed deal → Clients pay $500–$1,000+/mo - $250–$500+ per close → Every call you book is tracked under your name.
