Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP BIM Modeler (Contractor) to develop and manage coordinated 3D models for complex architectural and MEP projects. This is a remote, project-based role suited for someone who can produce precise, clash-free BIM models aligned with US standards and workflows. You will play a critical role in ensuring coordination accuracy and supporting efficient project delivery across disciplines. Scope of Work: - Develop detailed MEP BIM models using Revit (LOD 300–400). - Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and architectural teams. - Perform clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools. - Maintain BIM standards, families, and templates. - Extract 2D drawings and documentation from BIM models. - Ensure alignment with construction documents and design intent. - Assist in model audits and quality control checks. - Support permit and construction documentation workflows. Required Experience: - 2+ years of experience in MEP BIM modeling. - Strong proficiency in Revit (MEP disciplines). - Experience with Navisworks for clash detection. - Understanding of US construction documentation standards. - Experience working in coordinated BIM environments. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with US-based projects (especially Florida). - Knowledge of BIM execution plans (BEP). - Familiarity with Dynamo or automation tools.
