Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate website design and development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and define project scope and objectives.
* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
* Communicate effectively with clients, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress, address issues, and manage expectations.
* Schedule and lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and post-project reviews, ensuring all team members are aligned and informed.
* Monitor project budgets and resources, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including briefs, meeting notes, task assignments, and reports.
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, delivering a high level of client satisfaction.
* Assist in quality assurance (QA) processes to ensure websites are error-free, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of project management practices.
Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of website design and development processes, including UX/UI design, content management systems (CMS), SEO, and web technologies.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
* Familiarity with web development tools and platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and HTML/CSS is a plus.
