You’ll own technical hiring across product management, software engineering, machine learning, and design — ensuring we bring in builders who thrive in deeply technical, high-velocity environments.What You'll DoManage full-cycle recruiting across Product, Engineering, ML, and Design roles.Partner with technical leadership to define role profiles, scorecards, and high-precision evaluation loops.Build diverse candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques and targeted outreach.Drive a fast, rigorous, signal-rich interview process for highly technical roles.Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on market insights, org design considerations, and long-term talent planning.What We’re Looking For4+ years of recruiting experience, with significant exposure to product, engineering, AI and research hiring in fast-growing organizations.Demonstrated ability to hire senior ICs and managers for technical teams.Strong command of engineering and product role fundamentals — enough to assess depth, not just keywords.Strong sourcing capability and comfort navigating competitive technical talent markets.Ability to partner directly with leadership and influence hiring decisions with clarity and data.Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient.
