About the Role
As a Brand Manager, you are the client’s main point of contact and the owner of brand results. You lead a small cross-functional team (SEO/PPC, listings, design, CS, reputation) and turn client feedback and data into clear plans. You drive strategy, run the 4-Pillar Scorecard (traffic, conversion, reviews, profitability), and adjust quickly based on KPIs. You spot issues early, fix bottlenecks, and keep listings, ads, and customer experience optimized. Success is simple: keep ASINs in stock, hold ACOS ≤ 25%, maintain 4.5★ per ASIN, and hit (or beat) the monthly revenue plan - earn $200 per on-time Rock each quarter.

Core Values You'll Embody
Communicate, Communicate, Communicate
We don’t expect perfection. But we do expect radical transparency. Whether it’s progress or roadblocks – keep your team in the loop.
Safe to Speak, Safe to Speed
Silence is the only failure. We trust you to raise 'Red Flags' early, asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Do not slow down to protect your work; efficiency leads to growth, not job loss. We reward those who expose problems fast so we can solve them together.
Integrity Over Profits
Integrity over shortcuts. We back the long game – our people and our standards come first.
SMART Rocks and Milestones
Everyone owns a Rock that aims us toward the company vision. Keep them SMART. We track real movement, not just activity—milestones are the measure of success and progress.
Stay Balanced
A business isn't just one department - it's an ecosystem. Everything must work together in a healthy, smart, and sustainable way. Leaning too far in one direction throws off the balance. And don't forget: slip in some fun along the way.
