Requirements and responsibilities

Purpose:Account Managers are a critical part of our success and are recognized as experts in the industry. Account Managers are trained to focus on all the complexities of a customer’s operation and become experts in laundry technologies, allowing them to become involved with their customer’s business beyond the role of simply supplying chemical specialties. By concentrating on their specific areas of expertise, they are able to provide the solutions their customers need to help their customers overcome their largest challenges and achieve their goals.Position Responsibilities:Become an expert on our products, equipment and the competitive landscapeDiscover sales opportunities through consumer researchPresent products and services to prospective customersStrategically identify organic growth opportunities with existing customers by learning the customer operations and understanding their needsProvide superior service to customers, including troubleshooting problems and identifying mechanical and operational issuesInstall and maintain dispensing equipment/systemsMust be willing to travel within territory with possibility of 1-3 overnight trips per monthQualifications:Minimum of 1-year institutional / commercial selling experienceExperience in selling, servicing, and/or installing laundry products/equipment in the commercial market is preferredAbility to physically maneuver around the laundry areas is requiredAbility to periodically lift 50 pounds is requiredHigh School Diploma or GEDValid Driver’s LicenseClear Driving RecordBilingual capabilities are a plusTechnical/mechanical proficiencyBe driven and dependable and have honesty & integrityOther:Exposure to hazardous chemicals and active chemical ingredients, requiring adherence to safety protocols and proceduresCompensation and Benefits Package:Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability, and AD&D InsurancePaid Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Leave401k PlanTo learn more about Christeyns North America, visit www.christeyns.com.
