We're a small company led by multi time founders with a track record of starting successful companies including GroupMe, Blade, Splice and more, and we are backed by industry leading VCs including Greylock, Union Square Ventures and True Ventures. We launched our consumer app beta in October 2024 and are growing rapidly with about 500k app users and a successful Pro membership subscription.About the roleSuppCo is seeking a growth focused Senior Product Manager to join as our first product hire beyond the Head of Product. As the growth PM at SuppCo, youll own and optimize our acquisition and onboarding experiences, drive user growth, activation and retention, and build out our member subscription. Reporting directly to our Head of Product, youre a growth specialist with a consumer background who can think holistically across our entire user experience on both mobile and web. Youll drive ambitious testing roadmaps to optimize key funnels, while also owning large strategic projects from research through ideation to launch and iterations across the product. This is a unique opportunity to shape the product and own the growth engine at an early stage company with exceptional traction and momentum.Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & Execution: Own the growth roadmap and drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization through systematic experimentation, funnel optimization, and product improvements across the entire user journeyConsumer Subscription: Lead product growth for our consumer membership including discovery, conversion, and post purchase experience building a seamless consumer engine that drives revenue while serving user needsExperimentation & Optimization: Design and run rigorous A B tests and experiments to optimize conversion at every step of the funnel from onboarding through purchase and retentionSubscription Optimization: Optimize our consumer subscription product to reduce churn and maximize lifetime value through pricing strategies, paywalls, value communication, and retention initiativesAI Product Development: Drive strategy and execution for AI powered features including SuppIQ our supplement guidance chatbot, agentic buying experiences, and identifying opportunities to use AI to unlock new frontdoors, improve personalization, discovery and user guidance throughout the productData-Driven Decision Making: Define KPIs and success metrics for growth initiatives, build dashboards to track performance, deeply analyze user behavior and cohort data, and translate insights into high impact product opportunitiesUser Research & Insights: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user motivation, friction points, and decision making throughout their journey - using insights to inform growth hypotheses and product strategyCross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations to ship high quality features rapidly while maintaining strong alignment on priorities and tradeoffsFull Product Ownership: Beyond growth, take end to end ownership of strategic initiatives across SuppCo's product based on business prioritiesQualifications5+ years of product management experience at consumer technology companies with demonstrated expertise in growthGrowth track record required: Proven success driving measurable improvements in acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, or monetization metrics through product led growth initiatives and systematic experimentationConsumer revenue experience: Experience building or optimizing consumer subscriptions, marketplaces, or transactional products including conversion funnels, checkout flows, or payment systemsStrong analytical foundation: Deep proficiency with analytics tools Amplitude Mixpanel SQL etc and statistical methods to design experiments, analyze user behavior, and measure impactAI fluency: Comfortable building AI powered product features and using AI tools to accelerate your work; you see AI as a capability to leverage and not just a trend to chase.
