- Drive urgency and move prospects from inquiry to enrollment within defined timelines.
- Handle objections related to pricing, time commitment, and program relevance.
- Follow up consistently to improve lead-to-enrollment conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of student interactions, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
- Coordinate with admissions, finance, and academic teams for smooth onboarding.
- Track key metrics such as daily calls, counseling sessions, conversion percentage, and revenue per enrollment.
- Identify upsell opportunities for advanced programs or add-on certifications.
- Collect feedback from students to refine pitch, positioning, and program messaging.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of course content, industry demand, and career outcomes.
