The SMB Account Executive is responsible for converting inbound leads into new customers. This role focuses on qualifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and guiding prospects through the sales process to close. While the role is primarily inbound, there may be occasional outbound prospecting as needed.Key Responsibilities:Qualify inbound leads to assess fit, needs, and buying intentConduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges and goalsDeliver product demos and position solutions aligned to SMB needsManage the full sales cycle from qualification to closeMaintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecastingQualifications:2–5 years of SaaS or tech sales experience (SMB or inside sales preferred)Strong discovery, communication, and closing skillsAbility to manage high lead volume and prioritize effectivelyComfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environmentExperience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Base: 60k+ commissionBenefits: Careers | ZonarThis is a remote position and must be based in US
