OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator with experience in storefront and window systems to support our U.S.-based clients. This role focuses on accurate takeoffs and quantity extraction, requiring strong plan-reading skills and familiarity with glazing systems.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed takeoffs for storefront and window packagesAnalyze architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documentsPrepare material quantity breakdowns and assist in cost estimationCoordinate with internal teams and clients to clarify scopeEnsure accuracy and completeness of all estimatesRequirementsFluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)Proven experience with storefront and/or window takeoffsStrong understanding of construction drawings and specificationsExperience with takeoff software (e.g., Togal.AI, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, OST, or similar)High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervisionPreferredExperience working with U.S.-based construction projectsBackground in glazing, façade, or aluminum systems
