We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Engineer to help build the brain behind TestMate.

Role Summary
As an AI/ML Engineer at TestRow, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing machine learning and AI systems that power intelligent test case generation, risk-based testing, and autonomous QA workflows.
This is a high-impact role with 2% equity ownership, giving you real ownership in the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop AI/ML models for automated test case generation from product requirements.
• Build and optimize LLM-based systems for natural language understanding of Jira tickets and user stories.
• Develop ML pipelines for test prioritization, flaky test detection, and impact analysis.
• Work on self-healing automation logic and intelligent locator strategies.
• Implement data pipelines for collecting and processing test execution signals.
• Deploy and monitor models in production (MLOps, CI/CD integration).
• Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams to align AI outputs with real-world testing needs.

Required Skills
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Machine Learning algorithms and libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of NLP concepts (embeddings, transformers, vector databases).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud environments.
• Understanding of software testing concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and Kubernetes is a bonus.
