OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure initiatives under the BoW2026 program. This role will be responsible for driving multiple infrastructure-related projects while coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders across the CIB New York office. The ideal candidate combines strong technical infrastructure knowledge, project management expertise, and excellent communication skills to successfully deliver complex initiatives in a highly regulated enterprise environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projectwithin the BoW2026 scope.Manage infrastructure initiatives related to:Disaster Recovery (DR)Infrastructure obsolescenceHardening and security improvementsMonitoring solutionsVulnerability management, patching, and remediationCoordinate and collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders across the CIB NY office.Prepare and maintain project plans, from high-level milestones to detailed technical activities.Estimate effort, duration, dependencies, and required skill sets for each project activity.Proactively identify project risks, define mitigation strategies, and implement workarounds when needed.Track progress, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.Ensure alignment with enterprise processes, standards, and governance frameworks.Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.Must-Have Skills & RequirementsProven experience managing infrastructure projects, including:Disaster RecoverySecurity and hardeningMonitoringVulnerability management, patching, and remediationInfrastructure obsolescence managementStrong technical background (e.g., Systems Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, IT Operations).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively across multiple departments and seniority levels.Ability to work in a fast-paced, enterprise environment with competing priorities.Main Skills & CompetenciesStrong ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.Solid risk management skills, including early risk identification, proactive mitigation, and contingency planning.Experience preparing detailed project plans, including:Milestones and deliverablesEffort and duration estimatesResource and skill-set identification per activityFamiliarity with ITIL-based environments, including:Change ManagementIncident ManagementService ManagementSoftware project management experience is a plus, to better understand SDLC and product lifecycle concepts.
