Role Foreman - Mission Critical (Traveling)Overview With 19 years of experience and hundreds of million-dollar projects completed, Hays Electrical Services supports complex commercial and mission critical construction projects throughout the region. We are committed to delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of workmanship.Position Summary The Foreman is responsible for supervising electrical crews on large-scale commercial and mission critical job sites. This role ensures daily work activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the work of electricians and apprentices.Plan daily tasks in alignment with project schedules.Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and project specifications.Maintain productivity and quality control on assigned scopes of work.Communicate progress and challenges to the Superintendent.Assist with material management and tool coordination.Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability on-site.Required Qualifications & CompetenciesExperience leading crews on commercial or mission critical electrical projects.Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.Strong leadership and communication skills.Commitment to job site safety and quality workmanship.About the Company With 19 years of experience and a strong presence in large-scale commercial and mission critical construction, Hays Electrical Services continues to deliver high-quality electrical solutions with professionalism, integrity, and a focus on long-term partnerships.
