Were passionate about building great technology and fostering a collaborative environment where people grow, take ownership, and make a real impact.Your RoleAs a Senior / Lead QA Automation Engineer at Radity, you will take ownership of quality across multiple projects while mentoring a small QA team. You will remain hands-on with automation and work closely with engineers and product teams to ensure reliable, high-quality software.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support a QA team of around 6 people across several projects.Develop and improve testing and automation strategies.Design, implement, and maintain automated tests using Playwright and JavaScript/TypeScript.Create and execute test plans, test cases, and bug reports.Perform UI, API, regression, and integration testing.Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.Track QA metrics and continuously improve testing processes.Support junior QA members through guidance and mentorship.What We're Looking ForFluent English (written and spoken), B2 level or higher.5+ years of experience in QA, including test automation.2+ years of experience in a senior or leadership QA role.Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and JavaScript/TypeScript.Experience with API testing and REST principles.Experience building or improving test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Technical education background.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.Experience with Datadog is a plus.What’s In It for YouA remote-first role where you can work from anywhere.Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade business applications.Collaborative teammates who value quality, growth, and continuous learning.Opportunities to influence QA processes and automation strategy.Flexible hours and an open, supportive culture.Support for certifications, professional development, and learning resources.
