Apply today and take the first step toward an exciting new career with CellCarta!SummaryThe Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the maintenance, administration, and optimization of the Salesforce CRM platform, supporting cross-functional teams through data management, user support, training, system enhancements, and integration with other business tools.ResponsibilitiesMore specifically, you will participate in the following:Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and securityManage Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, and other admin tasksDevelop and deliver training materials and sessions for new and existing users to enhance their Salesforce proficiencyPerform regular data management tasks, such as data imports, data cleanup, and duplicate record management for Sales, Marketing, and Client SuccessCreate and manage reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholdersCommunicate with cross functional stakeholders and end users from Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Success to groom requirements when clarification is required and/or conduct root cause analysis to address issues or bugsProvide support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving technical challengesWork with management and Subject Matter Experts to validate, understand, design and implement solutions that satisfy requirements in SalesforceConfigure and customize Salesforce applications, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules. Test system enhancements and perform quality assurance tasksDocument changes to CellCarta’s Salesforce instanceEnsure backups are performed as expected and address any issue that may occurStay updated on new Salesforce features and implement them across tools as neededSpecial projects and initiatives at management’s discretionEducationBachelor's degree in computer science, life sciences, or equivalentMain RequirementsMore than 3 years as a customer relationship management (CRM) system administrator, with experience in more than one instance and in the life sciences industryExtensive knowledge of Salesforce Lightning ExperienceAble to understand and troubleshoot SalesforceStrong knowledge of Salesforce functionality and limitationsSalesforce Administrator certification. Salesforce Developer certification and Business Analyst certification preferred but not mandatoryKnowledge of Pardot, Mulesoft, PowerBI preferred but not mandatoryExperience managing multiple projects, from gathering requirements to rolling out solutionsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaborationBe a motivated self-starter that is independent, and a team player focused on excellenceWorking ConditionsWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 100% remote work.
