Requirements and responsibilities


• Develop, own, and articulate differentiated value propositions for key parts of the Karat solution, compelling benefits, client outcomes, and the positioning of Karat products and services in the marketplace • Synthesize client insights derived from quantitative and qualitative customer inputs and insights derived from market and/or competitive research to inform our go-to-market strategy and influence the product roadmap • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to create key value propositions and go-to-market positioning around future products and offerings • Own key Product Marketing outputs, including writing, editing, and proofreading with an attention to detail and commitment to quality • Partner with the marketing team to develop brochures, webinars, product videos, white papers, sales presentations, and other collateral with consistent messaging and branding • Build our customer marketing expertise by turning customers into advocates -- generating case studies, testimonials, customer videos, and other customer-driven marketing and sales assets • Develop and execute on product launches • Drive passion for Karat’s brand • Think boldly about new ways to inspire the market and demonstrate how Karat can help customers transform their technical hiring efficiency and quality
