About the RoleYou’ll be building the infra and products that power micro1’s AI training platform. You’ll work directly with frontier AI labs to ship evals, fine-tuning pipelines, and data tools that scale to millions of expert-labeled examples.Required SkillsPython: Production-level code for data pipelines, APIs, and model toolingLLMs: Hands-on with prompting, evals, fine-tuning, RLHF, embeddingsAWS: S3, Lambda, EC2, SageMaker, Batch. IaC with Terraform/CDK is a plus+2: Distributed Systems / Data Engineering: Kafka, Airflow, Spark, or similarMLOps: Model serving, monitoring, experiment tracking - Weights&Biases, MLflowNice to HaveExperience with annotation platforms or data labeling workflowsSecurity/compliance: SOC2, PII handlingWorked with 30-200 person ops teams to ship AI productsWhat Success Looks Like in 6 MonthsOwn 1-2 LLM eval/training pipelines end-to-end for a major AI labReduce data-to-model cycle time by automating QA + delivery workflowsShip infra that lets us onboard a new 50-person expert team in <2 weeks
