Location: Remote (Pakistan-based candidates only)About the roleArthur Lawrence Pakistan is looking for an experienced US Payroll & Accounting Specialist with strong expertise in payroll, bookkeeping, and accounting operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess end-to-end US Payroll including calculations, deductions, taxes, and compliance.Handle bookkeeping activities and maintain accurate financial records.Manage full accounting cycle including AP, AR, GL, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.Prepare financial reports and support financial statement activities.Reconcile payroll and accounting records to ensure accuracy.Maintain compliance with US payroll taxes and regulations.Requirements3+ years of hands-on experience in US Payroll processing.Strong experience in bookkeeping and accounting operations.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.Preferred: ACCA, CA, CMA, or CPA qualification.Knowledge of AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Important: Please do not apply if your experience is limited to UK, UAE, Canada, or other non-US payroll.
