Responsibilities

The Role: We are looking for a sharp, creative, and highly organized Content Fulfillment Manager to lead the fulfillment side of our agency. This is not a junior position. You will own the entire client fulfillment pipeline, from content strategy and scripting to QA and client communication. You will be the main point of contact ensuring every client receives outstanding, on-brand content on time, every time. If you eat, sleep, and breathe short-form content, if you understand why a hook works, how a format drives retention, and what makes a viewer stop scrolling, this role was built for you. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Scripting: - Develop and execute monthly content strategies for multiple clients across service-based niches. - Write compelling short-form video scripts tailored to each client’s voice, audience, and goals. - Select and apply the right formats, hooks, and topics for each piece of content. - Review and revise scripts based on client feedback, ensuring brand alignment and quality on every round. - Stay ahead of trends, viral formats, and emerging hooks across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Client Communication & Fulfillment: - Serve as the primary fulfillment contact for all clients: send scripts, collect feedback, and manage revision rounds. - Keep clients informed and confident at every stage of the content process. - Maintain clear timelines and ensure all deliverables are sent on schedule. - Handle client revisions promptly and professionally, incorporating feedback without losing creative quality. Video QA & Creative Direction: - Review all video edits produced by our editing team before delivery to clients. - Provide detailed, specific QA notes on pacing, captions, visual hooks, B-roll, transitions, and overall look-and-feel. - Ensure every video is polished, on-brand, and meets Shoot & Scale’s quality standards. - Develop and refine internal QA checklists and editing briefs to raise the bar consistently. Fulfillment Department Leadership: - Own the fulfillment department end-to-end: systems, workflows, quality, and output. - Identify bottlenecks and proactively build processes that keep the team efficient and clients happy. - Work closely with the founding team to improve and scale fulfillment operations. What We’re Looking For: Content Knowledge & Skills: - Deep understanding of short-form video content: hooks, formats, topics, visual hooks, and content strategy. - Proven ability to write scripts that are engaging, clear, and built to perform. - Strong eye for design, aesthetics, and video quality: you notice what looks off instantly. - Familiarity with content performance principles and what drives views, saves, and shares. Communication & Language: - Fully bilingual in English and Spanish: written and spoken, professional level in both. - Comfortable communicating with clients in English and producing content for Latin American audiences. - Clear, professional, and warm communicator: clients should feel taken care of. Work Style & Mindset: - Extremely organized and detail-oriented: you juggle multiple clients without dropping the ball. - Self-directed and proactive: you do not wait to be told what needs fixing. - High standards for your own work and for the work that goes out under your name. - Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing agency environment where things evolve quickly. - Based in Latin America with reliable internet and availability during standard business hours. Nice to Have: - Prior experience at a social media marketing or content agency. - Experience with CapCut, Canva, or similar tools for reviewing and annotating edits. - Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Asana, ClickUp, etc.). - Experience working with service-based business clients (coaches, consultants, agencies, etc.).
