Are you passionate about growth, marketing, and turning creative ideas into measurable results?We're looking for a Growth Hacker who can take ownership, think strategically, experiment with new ideas, and help us scale our business through innovative marketing initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute growth strategies to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and customer engagement.Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels.Identify new growth opportunities through experimentation and data analysis.Generate creative ideas to improve customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.Manage and optimize SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.Work closely with product, design, and development teams to implement growth initiatives.Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging marketing channels.Build scalable growth processes and continuously optimize the marketing funnel.RequirementsProven experience in Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, or Digital Marketing.Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, or similar.Ability to think strategically while executing quickly.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Experience running A/B tests and optimizing conversion funnels is a plus.Familiarity with AI marketing tools and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
