Vraify is hiring native or near-native French speakers for a remote transcription and language-data project.
Responsibilities and deliverables:
- Transcribe French audio accurately and naturally.
- Review transcripts for spelling, punctuation, speaker intent, and completeness.
- Follow project-specific formatting and annotation guidelines.
- Identify unclear audio and language-quality issues.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality work within agreed timelines.
- Communicate clearly in English with the project team.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native French proficiency.
- Strong English communication skills.
- A computer and reliable internet connection.
- Availability for 10-40 hours per week for approximately six months.
- Careful attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Prior transcription, translation, writing, annotation, or language-evaluation experience is helpful but not required.
- AI experience is not required.
Compensation:
- Up to USD 10 per hour, depending on task, quality, and project needs.
- We expect to engage up to 50 qualified contributors.
