ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
I’m looking for a warm, highly capable, genuinely AI-fluent person in Latin America who would enjoy helping bring a meaningful creative mission into the world.
WHAT I’M BUILDING
You to the Fullest is a growing body of transformational work dedicated to spreading hope, love, and real possibility—and helping people access more of who they are and what they are capable of creating.
Its underlying framework, Life as a Wave, draws from more than 30 years of original thinking, lived experience, coaching, science, nature, creativity, and work with people from many different backgrounds.
The vision has been developing for decades. The enterprise and systems needed to carry it into the world are now being built.
The work will eventually take many forms, including:
• Online membership and community
• Courses, trainings, and educational content
• Coaching programs and practical transformational tools
• Live workshops, talks, gatherings, and immersive experiences
• Customized programs for organizations and communities
• Partnerships with wellness centers, retreat destinations, luxury resorts, schools, bookstores, coworking communities, and other aligned venues
My two English Cream Golden Retrievers, Mama Rose and Bodhi, are also ambassadors for the mission. They participate in selected live experiences, helping create comfort, connection, playfulness, and a sense of belonging as we spread hope, love, and possibility wherever we go.
This is a large vision, but your job would not be to build everything at once. We will create it one clear, useful step at a time.
THE ROLE
I am a highly creative, nonlinear, neurodivergent founder with a large and continually growing body of voice recordings, transcripts, writings, frameworks, programs, ideas, and potential content.
I am looking for someone who can help me turn this abundant raw material into:
• Organized information and a usable knowledge base
• Clear priorities and manageable next steps
• Repeatable AI-supported workflows and automations
• Finished content, communications, and project materials
• Consistent outreach and follow-up
• Visible, completed results
You would be part operations assistant, part AI systems builder, part creative collaborator, and part gentle catalyst for forward movement.
EARLY PRIORITIES
Our first phase would likely include:
• Helping organize ideas, documents, recordings, projects, and existing materials
• Using AI to extract useful insights, actions, content, and opportunities from voice recordings and transcripts
• Creating a simple AI-driven content-production system for turning raw material into posts, articles, videos, membership material, courses, and training content
• Researching potential venues, partners, and organizations
• Drafting and helping manage outreach and follow-up communications
• Maintaining clear records of contacts, conversations, next steps, and opportunities
• Helping select a few important priorities each week and carrying them through to completion
• Gradually building practical systems and automations for managing ideas, content, outreach, projects, and daily operations
These responsibilities will be introduced progressively. I do not expect one person to arrive knowing everything or to solve the entire enterprise immediately.
WHO I’M LOOKING FOR
You may be a particularly good fit if:
• AI is already one of your strongest skills and genuine interests—not merely something you have tried occasionally
• You actively use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to research, organize, write, analyze, and create
• You are interested in AI workflows, no-code automation, knowledge management, and improving how work gets done
• You can take nonlinear or incomplete input and turn it into something clear, organized, and useful
• You are reliable, resourceful, curious, and comfortable taking thoughtful initiative
• You communicate clearly and are willing to ask questions when something is ambiguous
• You can provide structure without becoming rigid, impatient, or overly corporate
• You enjoy helping a highly creative person move from possibility to completion
• You care about meaningful work and want your abilities to make a positive difference in people’s lives
• You have strong written and spoken English
Experience with content systems, project management, research, outreach, databases, Google Workspace, Airtable, Notion, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools would be valuable.
I am more interested in your thinking, resourcefulness, and demonstrated ability to use technology well than in one particular software platform.
THE FIRST PAID TEST
We would begin with a small paid experiment.
I would give you one real voice recording or transcript from my work and ask you to:
1. Use AI to identify the most important ideas, decisions, and actions inside it.
2. Organize the material into a clear, useful structure.
3. Turn one selected item into a finished, usable result—such as an outreach message, piece of content, project brief, or organized action plan.
4. Show me the simple, repeatable process you used and how it might be improved or automated.
This is not intended to be a large unpaid application project. It is a contained paid test of how you think, communicate, use AI, create clarity, and help something move from raw possibility into reality.
If we work well together, the role can grow as the mission, offerings, systems, and team develop.
