You will work closely with developers and product teams, introducing modern testing approaches and actively shaping our QA strategy as well as the continuous improvement of our quality processes. Your role will involve designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies, including automation, exploratory testing, UI, API, and integration testing, to guarantee the robustness and reliability of our solutions.QualificationsTo succeed should have a successfully completed degree iness Informatics, Economics, or a comparable qualification. You should possess several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role, with a proven track record of managing multiple teams concurrently. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and ideally SAFe or LeSS is essential. Experience with agile tools like Jira and Confluence, along with a solid understanding of software development processes and technical contexts, is also required. Certifications such as CSM or PSM, and additional qualifications advantageous. Excellent moderation and communication skills, the ability to operate confidently across different hierarchical levels, and a high degree of empathy, conflict resolution skills, and a structured, solution-oriented work approach are key qualities. You should be proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
